- Job Specification:

- We are looking for an experienced and innovative CRM Technical Project Manager to drive the engagement with the company’s B2C business and functional CRM stakeholders and help orchestrate the supporting design, development and operations of its CRM data universe. This strategic role will ensure complete and on-going alignment with stakeholders' requirements and priorities. It will also include responsibility for ensuring that the company’s high ethical standards are met throughout the data use lifecycle as well as compliance with its data Governance policies.
- Engage with CRM Stakeholders and functional teams to collect and document requirements (business specifications, priorities, business logic...).
- Communicate tactical process decisions and plans, project status, roadmap updates and workarounds, in order to secure alignment with relevant areas of CRM functional lead and stakeholders across all regions.
- Work closely with the B2C Data Foundation and Digital Platform teams to help with the design, development and operations of CRM data architecture.
- Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/customer impact.
- Utilize and assist others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
- Establish processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintain process documentation.
- Assist in driving Governance of Data foundation and platform services in support of the Implementation of customer views, data models and data transformation services across systems/platform and the development of extensive customer data repository covering Digital Direct and general services.
- Assist in the design and implementation of integrations between CRM Assets (Microsoft Dynamics, SFMC, consent management system based on CRM & Call Center business requirements).
- Help ensure end to end Cybersecurity and Privacy compliance.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience. Advanced university degree preferred.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience.
- Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
- Experience with JIRA.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.
- Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
- Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
- Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
- Solid financial and business acumen.
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
- Experience / knowledge about Agile methodologies is a plus, but not a must.
