We are currently recruiting an Account Receivables (AR) Clerk+Pre-Collections for our EMEA HQ in Madrid
- Alcobendas (Spanish & English speaker). He will be responsible of securing revenue for the business mainly focus in checking and following up on external UK agents’ deposits (Agencies).

The position responsibilities will include the following:

- Updating receivables by checking deposits on Ria’s bank accounts, identifying deposits and recording them on the system in order to keep the balances updated and under control.
- **Contacting **agents in case of lack of payment to recover the due amount.
- Answering calls of agents to attend their doubts related to the balances. It includes to keep a good management of the account and a proper review of their financial situation with the company.
- Suspension of debtors’ Accounts and constant follow up to collect the funds.
- Transfer file to Collections in case the AR clerk has been unable to recover the due amount.
- Minimum A-level education and at least 1-2 years work experience.
- Experience in Account Receivables, Finance, Accounting or credit risk.
- oral and written communications skills in English (Brithish English will be highly value)
- Team player.
- Detail orientated and accurate.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced often pressurized environment.
