We are currently recruiting a Data Entry Clerk located in Madrid, who will be responsible for securing revenue for the business by checking and following up on external agents’ deposits.
- Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include:
Update and record in our system receivable entries by checking and posting deposits on Ria’s bank accounts for different countries on a timely basis.
Analysis of the Data registered in order to scalate to AR Department or Credit Department any inconsistency in the deposits or Partial payments.
Manage of Kpi´s based on the volume of information
- Qualifications
Good skills and knowdledge of computer tools (especially Excel).
oral and written communications skills in English
Team player.
Detail orientated and accurate.
Minimum A-level education, degree in a financial discipline will be preferred
Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced often pressurized environment.
Analytical thinking with volume information
