**PROJECT TITLE**:**BIOMET - Optimisation of the production of biomethane from biogas using high-performance biotechnologies.**

**PROJECT DESCRIPTION**:**The project aims at developing a biological solution for the pretreatment of biogas and its further bioconversion to biomethane at lab and pilot scale.

Task to be performed include: design, construction, and operation of the microbial enrichment units, and bioreactors for biomethane production. Data treatment. Preparation of reports/papers and presentations. Other project-related tasks. The last 6 months of the project will be conducted at Madrid FCC Facilities Las Dehesas (Driving license required).
