Job description Reporting to the merchant division, the Manager assists clients in the technical implementation of the solution. He/she may also organise workshops on interfacing, accounting or customer training. He/she supervises and supports the team of project managers (4 people). MAIN ACTIVITIES - Management of the Merchants team - Feasibility study of incoming projects - Choice of integration solutions - Support in the implementation of the solution - Drafting of technical specifications - Assessment of technical risks that may occur during the implementation - Monitoring of production start-ups and deployments - Animation of monitoring committees and technical workshops - Writing of integration documentation Profile required EDUCATION - Graduate of a computer science school (BAC +5) CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SKILLS - Relational skills - Oral and written communication - Adapting one's speech according to the interlocutor (technical, accountant, company manager...) - Customer orientation - Rigour and organisation PROFESSIONAL SKILLS - Experience in management - Knowledge of payment methods - Understanding of computer languages (.NET, HTML, CSS, JSON) - Understanding of data models (SQL) - General IT knowledge: systems architecture, databases, development methodologies, ERP - Customer guidance and support for the integration of the Limonetik solution (API Rest) - Good knowledge of development methodologies and testing tools - Good command of English - Writing of procedures
