My client is looking for SAP SCM Integration Manager to join a SAP S4 HANA implementation project for a client based in Spain.
- PP-QM and awareness of E2E process with any SCM planning tool (Logility, Manugistics, APO) OR
- SD with Logistics Execution OR
- MM (Sourcing, Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management) with WM (Lean, Standard or nice to have working knowledge of EWM)
- Cross module integration SD-MM-PP, SF-MM-PP with FI posting / automatic account determination
- 3-5 projects experience of planning and leading business blueprint workshop, disposition of requirements, fit/gap analysis, global template rollout
In addition, 3-5 projects experience as an end-to-end process consultant across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-fulfill areas
High-level knowledge of cross products integrations for end-to-end process such as: OTC across SAP with SFDC or any other 3rd party order management system, Procurement integration with Ariba, Logistics integration with 3rd party Warehouse solutions
Basic understanding of technical aspects such as: ABAP, Data Migration tools, FIORI, IDOC
At least 1 S4 HANA implementation experience preferred
Strong communications, team lead quality and presentation skills
Ability to engage with business users, resolve multi-stake holders conflicts,
Good knowledge of office productivity tools
Managerial skills - ability to present high-level summary status reports to senior leadership, attention to details, delegation and supervision skill
Experienced in working in a multi-cultural cross continent teams across different time zones
Comfortable in working with onsite-offshore model
Coaching skill to guide team members (onsite and offshore)
Start: ASAP (1st July 2021)
Client Location: Barcelona, Spain
Remote: Remote work (COVID), with some travel to Barcelona (when COVID allows)
Duration: 12+ months
Languages: Fluent English, Spanish is a bonus.
