At A-SAFE we put our values at the heart of the business. **Key Objective** for TST is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner and make preparations/take ownership for (larger) projects (install instructions etc). The Technical Services Team position has both field based and desk-based elements to the role. **Key Responsibilities & Duties**: - Conduct accurate customer site surveys. - Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey using CXP or producing CAD overlays to drawing files provided by the customer. - Liaise closely with both the Sales Development Executives (SDE’s), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM’s) and the Back office/Install department. - Customer POC throughout the Survey > Quote process and during installation. - Implement variation orders as required. - Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment. - Inputting data into the company’s CRM & ERP system. - Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required. **Knowledge, Skills & Experience** **Essential**: - Ability to understand & interpret site drawings. - CAD proficiency. - Knowledge of Workplace Transport safety. - Experienced in the use of measuring tools (Tape, Wheel, Laser). - Good communication skills & confident dealing with customers and internal colleagues at all levels. - A self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills. - Strong prioritisation skills. - Working knowledge off CRM systems. - IT literate. - Attention to detail. **Desirable**: - A working knowledge of the new-build process. - Previous experience in or knowledge of the industry.
