**What do you have to offer?**

A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:

- Experienced in the envrionment of SAP HR especially in payroll and configuration knowledge.
- good written and spoken English knowledge
- Process-oriented, independent and service-oriented work
- Communicative and social skills
- Technical affinity and understanding of the processes in the HCM / HR environment and the related IT topics
- Quick perception, willingness to learn new things
- High level of commitment as well as good communication and teamwork skill
- Occasional business trips

**Which task can you expect?**
- Implementation Consultant in SAP for the different modules SAP HCM or ECP.
- Conception, implementation, quality assurance and transfer of projects onboarding new clients as well as delivering projects to existing clients.
- Be part in steering meetings and projects meetings and also prepare these.
