Lead strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture workflows for users in your region
- Design and develop a comprehensive training program for regional marketers to expand access and understanding of our CRM processes, ensuring consistency and best practices across teams.
- Stand up best-in-class, automated omnichannel CRM journeys for retail and digital customers - tailored to the specific needs of the local market
- Manage and execute campaigns according to our Marketing Content Calendar, plus expansion playbooks for new countries in your region
- Own the QA and deployment process for lifecycle tactics for the EMEA region
- Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution
- Liaise with Country Manager and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert & retain users
- Experience managing a team (based locally and remote) and developing training programs
- Strong knowledge of campaign management and experience deploying automated CRM tactics through mobile channels
- Solid foundation in marketing analytics; ability to find areas of opportunity to test for scale and impact
- Organization and time management skills to stay organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines
- Strong communication skills - fluent in Spanish and English
- Curiosity and excitement to learn more about CRM marketing and the remittance industry
