Specific Role Requirements:
To provide compliance administrative support which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor compliance in relation to internal policies.
- Review and record any issues and follow up with management so that issues can be rectified.
- Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
- Highlight or escalate areas of concern.
- Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation.
- Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests.
- Perform various general administrative duties.
- Collaborate and interact with other departments to create a culture of compliance

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Office to include Excel, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint & Teams

Personal Attributes:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in writing, via telephone and face to face.
- Excellent written English.
- Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times and to handle sensitive matters.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to learn
- Smart, professional appearance at all times.
- Seeking long term commitment in a support role.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.

Continuous Professional Development:

- To develop skills and keep up to date with all relevant legislative, product and technical changes as required for the role.
- Be open to study to advance qualifications.
- Previous experience advantageous but not essential.

Additional information:

- Hours of work: Full-time, 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
