**ForceManager** is the **sales CRM** for **teams** that are **constantly on the move**: they work with **hybrid sales** and r**eport their sales activities** from the **road, **in the **office **or at** home.**

Reporting to the **SRE Manager**, the **Cloud SRE - Site Reliability Engineer** main goals are to create scalable and highly reliable software systems.

**As a **Cloud SRE **you will**:

- **Design & operate systems architectures** for business-critical platforms on **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**:

- **Troubleshoot service issues **on** web servers**, **database servers**, **DNS** servers, **network** routing, **VPN** connections, **firewalls**, **build pipelines** or **security permissions** among others
- **Analyze and improve systems’ performance and scalability**:

- **Assess and provide help with systems architecture designs**

**Required skills**:

- A minimum of** 5 years’ experience** in **Systems Engineer position**:

- **Knowledge** or experience of **Kubernetes.**
- **Knowledge** or experience with **systems automation tools and systems & services monitoring tools**:

- **Experience** managing** web servers **in high availability environments (Nginx, Apache...)
- **Configuration, maintenance and administration** of **Linux **and **Windows **operating system
- **Knowledge** of **SQL** Server and **T-SQL **scripting

**Nice to have**:

- Automate highly dynamic/ephemeral environments through immutable infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code like **Terraform**)
- Knowledge of **Information Security**:

- Knowledge in programming in **Python**:

- Some experience with some products like ElasticSearch
