**Descripción**

Investigating new cutting-edge technology and tools, the Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer must work within their teams ensuring services are designed and deployed to be best in class and future proofed against the changing technical landscape. The Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer works closely with product delivery teams and their Cloud Operations team, influencing their approach and design of their service. The Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer must have the ability to build relationships and influence at different levels of the organisation. The Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer should help lead the team by example in relation to designing, building, and maintaining production services, and proven experience analyzing and troubleshooting systems.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Own initiatives aimed at improving processes and systems related to OS and cloud instance validation, performance optimization, core network/VPC design etc
Design, scale, and secure infrastructure to stay ahead of business needs through fault-tolerant architecture design, performance testing, profiling, and tuning, and capacity planning
Ensure our Products remain available, secure, performant.
Work closely with product delivery teams, influencing their approach and design.
Drive innovation and automation
Understand Cloud Operations from a customer and commercial perspective building relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure all components are highly scalable and maintainable
Own features, components and tooling being built
Partner with other engineers to troubleshoot problems with our technology, and provide an excellent customer experience
Provide mentorship on best practices for backend operations and integration
