Strategy & Operations Analyst (D/f/m)

**The Role**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Our CX Strategy & Operations team is looking for an experienced analyst to own our end to end quota process. In this role you will be supporting our growth managers by designing quota plans that help us achieve our company goals while ensuring team members are incentivised to deliver the most value for customers. This role is a combination of analytical work while also providing the opportunity to work cross-functionally with a number of teams and senior leaders As this is a unique role in a newly formed revenue operations team there is scope to help define and evolve the process and have impact as the team grows.
- Quota Planning:

- Responsible for the quota work stream including timely delivery of plans and calculation of accurate monthly commission payouts.
- Work collaboratively with Rewards Partner to ensure quota plans are fair and in line with company policies and procedures
- Develop and assist with maintaining written process documents to effectively manage all Quota related processes.
- Performance Reporting:

- Develop, maintain and own dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Quota performance;
- Work collaboratively with the Finance team to ensure quota data is accurately integrated into financial reporting and planning processes;
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions;
- Strategy:

- You uncover opportunities and best practices from other teams and create a cohesive roadmap for strategic initiatives that empower the team to reach their full potential
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and drive improvements within commissions process and workflows;
- Work cross functionally with our Systems Lead to optimize processes supporting incentive planning, tracking and calculations;
- Business Operations:

- Support in preparation of data and insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Support our Monthly Customer Allocation Process

**What you need to succeed**:

- 1-2 Years of experience in Commissions Analysis or relevant area at a fast growing scale up or strategy consulting ideally in the B2B / SAAS environment;
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel ;
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools (Tableau is a strong plus) with an ability to create dashboards for reporting purposes;
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
