**Job Description**:
The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Business Operations Lead and Sales Operations teams to ensure proper invoicing, revenue and financial reporting, as well as supporting a global security consulting team. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Security Consulting Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Business Operations Lead, Sales Operations team, and key stakeholders to ensure proper end of month and end of quarter reporting for the Security Consulting team
- Review and understand contractual agreements between the Company, clients, and external vendors
- Maintain and review Statements of Work (SoWs) to certify they are properly entered into systems of record, and accuracy of data.
- Assist in project creation in financial and time-entry systems for invoicing review
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), possess knowledge of general ledgers, and how revenue works within an organization
- Process invoices for review and corrections
- Provide material changes to revenue as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field of study
- Three to five years of professional experience working in a Law Firm and/or Management Consulting organization
- Cyber-security industry experience highly preferred
- Direct experience with SalesForce and SAP required; experience with Clarizen a plus
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and constantly adapting security firm wearing multiple hats
