**About the Team**
As an ABM Marketing Manager, based in Madrid or Paris (working remotely during Covid restrictions), you will run Demand Generation marketing programs consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional activities including both outbound, inbound and social tactics. You will collaborate closely with the other members of Workday Marketing to build pipeline sourced by these programs.
**About the Role**
The ABM Marketing Manager create and executes ABM marketing campaigns for a selection of organisation ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals. You will be expected to:
- Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.
- Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes. A/B test campaigns to trial new ideas.
- Work to strict deadlines and KPIs as set by the France Marketing team
- Report on campaign return on investment; project manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives.
**About You**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related and proven marketing experience in B2B
- Good verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English and a second language
- Flexibility to work closely and support different types of ABM projects,
- Adaptability to operate with different countries and teams,
- Knowledge of Digital marketing and Content marketing,
- Analytical focus with Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using marketing tools,
- Ability to structure and lead execution of plans with a track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously build a positive team spirit,
- Initiative, a sense of urgency, and ‘can do’ attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic,
