**About You**:
As the Regional Senior Finance Analyst for Continental Europe (CE) within Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), you will drive commercial finance agenda for a very big cluster, suggesting and driving the implementation of necessary steps to improve profitability and market growth. You will work in close cooperation with cluster Leadership Team, cluster GMs and supporting functions. You will also be responsible for analytical support, counsel, insight and though-leadership for the business to deliver its financial, operational and strategic goals.
Moreover, your responsibility will be driving processes improvement, strategy development and delivery within finance team EMEA / KCP.

You will report to the Regional Finance Manager Continental Europe and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Driving business growth in line with incremental profitability to the Region through leading investigation, proactive analysis, insights generation and recommendations.
- Being financial business partner for Country Leaders, cluster General Manager and business leaders, leading financial support on actions to improve and constructively challenging them understanding the business
- Ensuring a finance leading role for the critical projects in Continental Europe, both existing and planned
- Supporting the implementation of central plans, sector plans, budgets and forecasts and recommend courses of action to achieve business team goals and to ensure profitable operations consistent with sound business management.
- Managing development and implementation of commercial policy within the cluster including annual targets, discount schemes and policies
- Facilitate processes and process improvements to increase efficiency within the cluster.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Prior relevant post qualification experience, ideally in commercial / business finance facing roles within multinational companies.
- Accounting / CIMA qualification and / or other qualifications (MBA, etc.)
- Ability to lead, challenge and influence at all levels.
- Experience in business models creation from scratch
- Fluent in English and in Spanish or Italian
