**Accountabilities**

**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
- Proven product owner or product management experience working with data science, machine learning, or AI platforms in an enterprise context.
- Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, modern data architectures, MLOps, and related tools/frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking product metrics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar systems.
- Experience in AWS Cloud
- Experience leading an enterprise platform and service, handling new customer demand and feature requests.
- Experience in leading a team of technical experts
- Experience with SAFe agile principles and practices.
- Experience working with internal security standards and frameworks
- Proven knowledge of building data science and machine learning environments to a production standard.
- Modern DevOps mentality, using best of breed DevOps toolchains, such as Docker, Git.

**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Experience bringing scalable AI/ML solutions to production in regulated industries (such as pharma, healthcare, or finance).
- Experience in implementing & maintaining GxP compliant life science systems will be looked upon very favorably.
- Multi cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, and integration strategies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code technology Terraform
