As a Network Operations Analyst you will be part of the Global Network Operations Team and be responsible for analysing the negotiated Provider Fee Schedules and for converting them into an internal standardized format that can be loaded into the Provider Relationship Management (PRM).

You will work very closely with the Network Team and their staff across the globe and support them in getting the right format or information from the provider as needed.

In addition to your core function, you will work with other Network Operations team members assisting them in a variety of tasks that support the Network Team. You will be a key member in supporting our Global Provider Network and part of an evolving team.

**Your role**:
Being responsible for thoroughly interpreting Provider Fee Schedules and making sure they are converted into the correct format for the end users
Coordinating with the responsible Network Manager to ensure that complex fee schedules are configured in the right format
Becoming familiar with different billing systems across the globe
Proactively escalating encountered issues
Making suggestions to improve the process
Being creative in solving possible transformation difficulties
Acting in a support role to other Network Operations functions to:
Provide tracking for complaints and different Network initiatives
Create and deliver communications to providers

**Your profile**:
**For externals**: at least 2 years of experience in Operations or Healthcare
Analytical and strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Strong practical knowledge in Excel
International mind-set, able to work remotely with colleagues across the globe
Ability to communicate with international providers
Understanding of the international provider network including provider contracts and fee schedules a plus
Knowledge of medical codes and terms would be a plus
Proficient in English, additional language is a plus
Experience with international health insurance is a plus
Has a passion for learning and growing with an evolving team
Can self-manage and work effectively to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Able to collaborate effectively with members from other departments
Be a positive role model and have the ability to work independently as well as in conjunction with co-workers of all levels

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 24 - 36 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
