**Job Purpose**
The purpose of this position is to support the sales team in managing administrative tasks (contracts management, travel agencies information, etc ).
**Main Accountabilities**
- The Indoor Sales Specialist will be accountable for giving the support to the Sales team to manage regular requests from agencies (technical issues, product requests, invoices, among others).
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Management of Sales requests sent to indoor sales inbox mail.
- Management of “promovueling”.
- Support of simple administrative tasks
**Main Relationships**
- The Indoor Sales support will be working closely internally with Sales teams, Sales processes and effectiveness area, Legal Department, Revenue Management, Distribution area, Network and Operations, Finance and Customer Services.
**Education**
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales or Tourism. Experience in airlines or in an agency is a plus.
**Experience**
- Some prior **experience in administrative or sales support roles**, preferably in the travel, tourism, or airline industry.
- Familiarity with **basic contract handling, invoicing, or managing customer/sales requests** is a plus.
- Experience in working with **internal teams and external clients**, such as travel agencies or commercial partners, is desirable.
- Any internship or previous role involving **Excel (Office 365)**, customer support, or internal coordination would be beneficial.
- A clear interest in the **airline or travel industry** and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Organized and comfortable working in a rapidly changing and demanding environment.
- Strong interest in the airline industry.
**Languages**
- Spanish: fluent
- English: B2 is a plus
