**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Assistant.
You will collaborate in the execution of our New Commercial Model with the implementation of the ecommerce in our Distributors, supporting the sales team in digital transformation using new tools & processes.
**WHAT YOU´LL DO**:
- Field Operations Transformation: Support the Sales teams in the execution and follow up of our New Business Model according to the reality of every concessionaire.
- eCommerce Implementation: Customers and distributors onboarding, supporting the sales processes and KPI’s ensuring a solid eRoute to Market is settled.
- Web Development Management: Support on the improvement’s compilation, prioritation and test.
- Monitoring implementation and results.
- Communication responsible with Sales Teams & Trade in both eCommerce Operations and New Model Implementation.
- Coordinate with Business Development Managers, eCommerce Teams and Trade in the launch and tracking of Action Plans.
- Adapt to regional needs/idiosyncrasies
- Coordinate with the Admin Department in all terms related to budgets, incentives, objectives,etc
**WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:
- Degree or master´s degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration or management
- +2 of Sales Experience
- eCommerce experience & knowledge of tools & processes such as office package, CRM & BI
- Located in Barcelona
- Experience in away from home roles is a nice to have
- High analytical thinking, data driven & change management
- Commercial & field sales experience is a must
- Business Transformation & knowledge in transfer digital tools with team members
- High level of English
