**Role**

We’re seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our growth and market leadership efforts at Visium. As the driving force behind our marketing strategy, the CMO will showcase our expertise in AI and innovative solutions, build a strong brand presence, and position us as a thought leader in the AI consulting space.

As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for:

- Create and implement a marketing plan that aligns with business goals, focusing on branding, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Establish the company as an authority in AI consulting through content marketing, whitepapers, webinars, and participation in industry events.
- Own the development, management and maintenance of our brand identity that highlights our expertise in AI and consulting.
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with Partners, Engagement Managers, and Sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging, offerings, and customer experiences.
- Manage direct reports, overseeing their performance, growth, and development. Define team objectives, strategy, and priorities, ensuring effective capacity and resource planning.

We are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience leading diverse marketing teams, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation.
- Deep understanding of the consulting industry, including its target markets, competitive landscape, and sales cycles.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and client-centric strategies specific to professional services.
- Track record of successfully driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives, such as lead generation, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with sales.
- Expertise in marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement, and ROI optimization.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
