**Job Description**:
The main responsibilities include:
- Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
- Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
- Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
- Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
Work Experience
Work experience
- Hospitality education.
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
- You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
- Available for 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
