Corporate Treasury Lead, Leader Emea

**Right now, we are looking for a Corporate Treasury Team Lead focused on Front Office to join our team at Globant**

**The position will report to the Corporate Treasury Manager and will have a team of 2 Analysts based in India and Spain. As Front Office, the professional’s challenge will be to focus on the area's strategy for EMEA and APAC region.**

**The Corporate Treasury Lead will be responsible for driving the treasury strategy for the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring alignment with global financial objectives and providing leadership in liquidity management, risk mitigation, and capital optimization.**

**Responsibilities / Activities**:
**Cashflow management & forecast: Oversee regional cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs. Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to optimize the use of regional cash resources.**Funding strategy: establishing the foundational principles, objectives, and practices that will guide the treasury operations of a company from its inception**Financial risk management: Evaluation of risk of losses due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates and Interest Rate Risk.**Derivative negotiation: process of negotiating and managing financial derivative contracts**Multi-Bank Relationships: Maintain relationships with multiple banks to diversify risk, ensure competitive pricing, and access a broader range of services.**Financial & Investment decisions: Define the principles for managing surplus cash, focusing on security, liquidity, and return.**Intercompany Analysis and Settlements: strategy for managing the financial relationships between various entities within Globant.**Debt Administration contribution from the strategy development for the management of a company’s debt portfolio, including the issuance, servicing, and repayment of debt.**

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
**5+ years of experience working in a corporate treasury environment in multinational companies**Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes on complex issues.**Master 's degree in Finance is a plus.**Great attention to details**Advanced English.**
