As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations. **The Position**: As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing Planning and Optimization Lead to gain hands-on experience in supporting marketing planning. You will be responsible for maintaining planning boards and dashboards, supporting the team in facilitating planning QBRs and workshops, assisting in managing and contributing insights as part of the planning review and optimisation cycle. **The Work You'll Do**: - **Planning review cadence support**: Assist the Senior Global Marketing Performance Manager in managing review cycles, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and facilitating planning review meetings. - **Data alignment**: - work closely with the Analytics & Insights team to ensure cross-platform data alignment, and escalate any discrepancies to the Senior Global Marketing. **Gained Experiences**: In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in: - Data Visualization and Dashboard creation - Project Management - Stakeholder Management - Task management platforms setup and management - Data Analysis and Recommendations - Working closely with Marketing and Analytics and Insights teams - Change management and continuous improvement initiatives planning **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months). - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Clear communication skills, pro-actively working with stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to gather and interpret data.
