We are very happy to announce the launch of our **International Internship & Graduate program.** A new initiative that aims to bring to AWWG a great dose of talent, innovation, diversity, vitality and passion

AWWG is a leading fashion company with brands such as Pepe Jeans, Hackett London and Façonnable.

Our Programs are a chance to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer.

**Who are we looking for?**

Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious and positive, and want to embrace AWWG culture.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must

**Goal of the position**:
Assisting the GTM Marketing Footwear & Accessories team in merchandising, content, trade and marketing tasks.

**Tasks**:

- **
Footwear & Accessories Merchandising**:

- Supporting throughout the Line Adoption & Line Opening
- Supporting the sourcing and design team with product and packaging
- **Footwear & Accessories Content Creative**:

- Supporting the footwear content creation
- Supporting the product flat photo shooting
- **Footwear Consumer Engagement - **Wholesale Channel**:

- Supporting the marketing key accounts collaborations
- Supporting the point of sale (POS) wholesale channel implementation
- Supporting the graphics team with the creation of images and videos
- **Footwear Consumer Engagement -** Own Channel**:

- Supporting with the set up and follow up of the GTM footwear strategy and calendar
- Supporting the digital team (E-commerce, Newsletters, Social Media, Performance Marketing)
- Supporting the Visual Merchandising team with the product exhibition in retail stores
- **Supporting the specialised Footwear Commercial team**:

- Supporting in creating and providing digital material to the commercial team
- Supporting with the Line Opening implementation and follow up
- Supporting the sales tool process
- Supporting the Visual Merchandising team with the product exhibition for showrooms (In-Store & digital)
- **Assisting with general scouting and market research activities**

**Education Level**:
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or similar

**Languages**:

- English advanced
- Spanish advanced
- Other languages are a plus

**Others**:

- Previous experience in fashion, marketing, advertising is a plus

**Skills**:

- Proactive, organized and detail oriented
- Deep passion about fashion, brands, content and creativity
- Problem solving, perfect written and spoken communication
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Team player

**Tools**:

- Microsoft Office advanced
- Skills in design softwares (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) are a big plus
