Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.
AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Your future position**:
Generate 3D models for Footwear & Accessories Collections for our brands Pepe Jeans and Hackett
**Tasks**:
- Assist during the design process
- Assist the prototyping and design sketches using 3D CLO software
- Support with creating patterns using 3D CLO software
- Assist with surface design details (colours, graphics, fabrics, prints)
- Support the integration of the 3D design process in the production process
**Who you are**:
- This program is for you if you are studying Fashion or a similar degree
- Experience in Footwear is strongly valued
- Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish, French, German or any other languages are a big plus (Spanish strongly valued)
- Good use of MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word
- Good knowledge Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Knowledge in CLO 3D is a must
- International experience is a big plus
- Passion for the world of retail
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must
