Founded in 2013 in a garage in France, BNZSA moved to the south of Madrid the year after. In 8 years, we have grown from 3 to more than 350 employees in Spain of 45 different nationalities.

We are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our Data Team. The hire will be responsible for providing accurate reports to internal and external stakeholders. Communication skills and analytical mindset are key to this role.

**Essential Functions And Responsibilities**:

- Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports
- Working with stakeholders to assess, define, and develop report deliverables to meet customer requirements
- Querying databases to extract information needed to develop recurring or one-time reports
- Compiling data and other information from multiple data sources
- Locating and fixing errors in reports, performing quality assurance of new reports
- Creating specifications for modifications to existing reports
- Interpreting, analyzing and providing recommendations regarding data accuracy and data collection needs and processes
- Working with business unit(s) to identify opportunities to enhance existing and to develop new data information processes and tools
- Training others on how to use and create reports.

**Professional Experience And Skills**:

- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Smartsheets, PowerBI, Tableau or other reporting tools knowledge is desired
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong oral, written skills in order to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to multi-task and exhibit effective time management and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure support environment and work with a sense of urgency
- Fluent English.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work legally in Spain
- Place of residence must be located in the Comunidad de Madrid.

**Working Timetable**

Monday to Thursday:
08:00h - 17:00h (1-hour lunch break)

Friday:
08:00h - 14:00h
