At DXC Spain we are looking for a **Cross Business Consultant**to join our great team of **Consulting**.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for **mid-level consultants** with a minimum of **2 years of relevant experience**, who bring a mix of analytical thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand client environments, identify challenges, and contribute to practical solutions.
- Experience in business and/or IT consulting, including work on digital transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, or project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
- Comfortable leading or supporting client meetings and workshops.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and a good eye for creating visually compelling presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments.
- Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).
- Based in **Madrid or Barcelona**, available for a **hybrid model (50% remote, 50% onsite)**.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) are a strong plus.
