We work with leading companies in the country that trust us to guide their digital transformation.We develop active policies of diversity and inclusion of people with disabilities and we are proud to have a representation of approximately 49% of female professionals.At DXC Spain we are looking for aCross Business Consultantto join our great team ofConsulting .RequirementsMid‑level consultants with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Ability to quickly understand client environments, identify challenges, and contribute to practical solutions.Experience in business and/or IT consulting, including work on digital transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, or project management.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high‑quality client deliverables and executive presentations.Comfortable leading or supporting client meetings and workshops.Advanced PowerPoint skills and a good eye for creating visually compelling presentations.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments.Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).Based in Madrid or Barcelona, available for a hybrid model (50% remote, 50% onsite).Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) are a strong plus.ResponsibilitiesAt DXC, we partner with leading companies across multiple industries, delivering impactful technology and business transformation projects.
