We are looking for a **(Senior) Product Analyst (M/F/d)** to support our **Automation & Incentives Data Team** to enable our business to make even smarter and more efficient use of incentivising both drivers and riders on our platform. Being part of the Automation and Incentives product team, you will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other data analysts while collaborating with business stakeholders on a daily basis.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- You will identify, scope and recommend actions that drive continuous improvements to the way we implement our incentives for both drivers and riders on our platform and automating these processes at scale.
- Analysing and solving business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Deep dive the data to uncover actionable insights for known and unknown problems
- Design and evaluate A/B test experiments or other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features
- You will strategize and influence the product in collaboration with the product managers helping business stakeholders
- Effectively align with Product Managers and Automation & Incentives Data Lead on initiatives and data discoveries to continuously improve our product and automation engines
- You will work with large, interesting data sets including historical, real time and third party data streams
- Be involved throughout the complete product lifecycle in order to guarantee a data-driven process
- Bring new insights and champion them using dashboards and good storytelling We value ideas over hierarchy, and there's always a new path to follow if your idea is convincing and well backed with data

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- You are a problem solver, detail-oriented and self-motivated who thrives in an innovative, highly motivated environment, combining technical, product, business and leadership perspectives.
- Your experience working as a Data Analyst (preferably in product analytics) and working with complex data models
- Very good knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python and databases
- Previous experience in A/B testing and digital experimentation is a plus
- Not only are you curious, eager to learn, and put collaboration ahead of competition, but making your teammates grow with you, by sharing your knowledge and mentoring, is also dear to your heart
- You can communicate in English. We are a very diverse team with people from all over the world and English is our language of communication, besides Python and SQL.
- You are passionate about harnessing data and have the will to play an essential role in the future of urban transportation.
- Experience in marketplace business and ride-hailing is a plus but not a deal breaker for us.
