Senior Product Analyst (Payments) – Welltech Overview Welltech is a global health‑tech company with Ukrainian roots, committed to helping people start and stay well for life. Responsibilities / Challenges Payment metrics ownership: take full ownership of core payment metrics (e.g., approval ratio, payment funnel performance) and ensure reliable, consistent tracking. Proactive stakeholder management & storytelling: distill complex analytical findings into clear narratives and present data‑driven recommendations that drive decisive action across Product and Engineering. Develop a clear analytical framework for understanding metric performance and strategic contributions. Partner with the product team and refine experimentation processes to ensure data‑driven decision‑making. Professional Qualities / Qualifications Experience interpreting data and delivering high‑impact solutions to stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau (or other data‑visualization tools). Familiarity with statistics and hypothesis‑testing principles. Adept at breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. Nice to Have Familiarity with the payments domain and Airflow.
