Amazon is seeking a Manager to support process improvement for DA experience. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners to understand the largest areas of improvement and develop a solve partnering with various stakeholders. Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners and their Delivery Associates are delivering smiles in their communities on a daily basis. This Manager will collaborate with Delivery Service Partners and stakeholders to develop mechanisms that improve experience at every lifecycle milestone. This role will include supporting the improvement in tenure, reduction in attrition, development of industry leading tools and processes to deliver the best experience for Delivery Service Providers and their Drivers.

This role will analyze all areas of driver experience working closely with the lead, identifying opportunities to improve process, developing programs, improving communication and strategies that ensure Delivery Service Partners offer the best package delivery experience in Europe.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify areas of opportunity and continuous imrovement
- Think big - identify opportunity for the future development of experience product and programs.
- Develop programs and process in collaboration with partner teams.
- Work with in country teams to communicate and roll out changes, updates and continuous processes.
- Develop existing mechanisms to continuously improve experience
- Build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other critical stakeholders to gather information and develop program plans

Key job responsibilities
- Develop Scalable Engagement & Recognition Programs: Define core strategy to develop an engaged culture that connects drivers with DSP managers. Develop and prioritize roadmap for launching engagement and reward/recognition programs; build and execute these programs at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor stakeholder execution to improve the driver experience and program executions.
- Communication: Create and own recurring communications to business leaders and key stakeholders on core programs and opportunities to improve driver engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Willingness to travel
