Internship Position Overview:
Join our growing world-class MEMS team in Valencia, with the industry’s best design & layout engineering talent and take your career to the next level during your internship

Job Responsibilities
- Learn IC design layout methods by interacting and participating in a cross-functional team including IC Layout, IC Design, Marketing, and Application Engineers.
- Explore detailed analog IC design layout methods & techniques, to support next-generation low-power accelerometer and gyro products in an advanced CMOS process technology.
- Bring block level design(s) into layout and learn about the real layout effects on circuit performance.
- Effectively visualize to communicate findings.
- Document work and present findings for peer review.

Requirements
- Pursuing Electrical Engineering, BS or MS Degree, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor processing is a plus.
- Experience in use of Cadence Virtuoso including use of VXL is a plus.
- Experience in interpretation and debug of verification (LVS/DRC) is a plus.
- Must have a keen eye for details.
- Motivated, results oriented and creative problem solver with strong organizational skills, as well as good technical writing, presentation, and overall communication skills.
- Self-motivated, thorough, and driven to continuously improve.
- Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
