We're looking for a Master Data Operations (MDO) Product Owner to help us drive operational excellence through high-quality data and collaborative process improvement.

This role is remote (based in Spain) with the need to attend regular meetings at our Madrid office.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As MDO Product Owner, you'll play a key role in ensuring our SAP and MDM platforms support smooth, accurate, and efficient business operations. You will:

- Lead cross-functional data initiatives across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
- Monitor data quality, SLA performance, and backlog status.
- Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Act as a key escalation point during critical business events.
- Champion continuous improvement in data governance and operational workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and drive sub-projects with global stakeholders.

**What You Bring**

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills:

- Solid experience in project management within SAP or software environments (SAP consulting is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in professional English.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and business process optimization.
- Ability to turn business challenges into actionable data solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
