**Description**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Deployment Solutions team in daily administrative activities, internal and external communications, and data entry. Bring your organisational and innovative insights to the broader team to identify areas of improvement.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee day-to-day business administrative needs across multiple projects
  • Maintain and manage team relationships to proactively support upcoming priorities
  • Provide educational support on project specific administrative tools
  • Liaises internally and externally with project set up requirements including recruitment and HRSS for hires and contracts, Operations for onboarding including all IT and mobile equipment, fleet for cars, and finance for business expenses credit cards
  • Supports any training requirements for the DS Field deployed organization such as scheduling, checking attendance, and following up outstanding training of SOPs

**Requirements**

  • Business administrative degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knowledge and working experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Previous experience in a business administrative role within a matrix and international organization is preferable
  • Previous experience in CSO business or in Pharmaceutical/Medical device company is preferable
  • Fluent in English
  • German speaking and written knowledge would be highly desirable
