Senior Consultant

As our new Senior Consultant Market & Business Intelligence, you will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function which supports all proposal / sales processes and provides client and market insights for our global wind division in various geographies.

In your role, you will manage and maintain in-house knowledge and tools providing market and client intelligence, insights and analysis to global and regional business development, central business excellence and senior management teams in offshore / onshore wind. Furthermore, you will support key / focus account management to further enhance client relationships and enable collaboration across countries and services.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:

- Establish and maintain in-house knowledge and tools for offshore / onshore wind market intelligence and analysis on market, client and bid-specific level
- Consolidate regional market intelligence from various regions and elevate into global view, and monitor market dynamics within wind and related service areas
- Provide insights to and interface with relevant departments to establish long-term market outlook
- Support organic and inorganic business development activity with the provision of ad hoc market analysis and insights
- Analyze third-party market studies and data sources and integrate results into business workflows
- Support business decisions with market analysis and insights
- Prepare decision material and regular reporting to senior management and steering committees
- Support preparation of strategic materials and executive briefing notes
- Support bid-management team by ensuring bid strategy and bid documents are aligned with market insights
- Work closely with adjoining Business Excellence and other functions to drive bid strategy and business decisions
- Review latest offshore wind policy and regulatory developments - interpret and communicate their implications for bidding

**Your qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or related discipline, or comparable experience / or a very motivated self-starter with a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in market / business analysis is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of effectively working with and extracting relevant analyses from CRM systems, data warehouse solutions, and external databases
- Ability to manage concurrent requests and to work across projects / workstreams
- Relevant knowledge and ability to influence and drive decision making at senior management level
- Confidence engaging external and internal stakeholders and advising business leaders
- Attention to detail and structured approach
- Ability to digest and synthetize large volumes of information in relatively short time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
