We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Consultant with a passion for developing new business opportunities and delivering client-facing solutions. As Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the next stages of our Tech, Policy and Skills practice and lead globally relevant actions.Dé el siguiente paso en su carrera profesional ahora: desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto y envíe su solicitud.With at least 3 years of experience in consultancy or equivalent, you will have a successful track record in the management of diverse teams, delivery of studies and provision of guidance within complex, unstructured challenges, particularly in the areas of technology development and skills management.As a Senior Consultant at BluSpecs, you will be responsible for the following:Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deliverables are met on time, with efficient delegation amongst team members and partners to keep within budget.Conduct in-depth research and analysis from a variety of primary and secondary sources with developed analytical frameworks to derive specific answers to key research questions.Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and internal stakeholders with attractive data visualisations.Support the Managing Consultant in the growth of our Tech Policy & Skills practice, levering our membership of key associations and alliances to position BluSpecs as a go-to strategic partner.Experience in moderation and facilitation of expert workshops and forums, managing inputs from a wide range of stakeholders and generating outputs that crystalise value.Validated project management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, delivering results within the allocated time and resourcing.Proficient in adapting in person and remote communication style and delivering well-articulated messages to different audiences.Excellence in written English (C2), tailoring format and tone to the intended audience and purpose.Understanding of data analytics and the ability to manage colleagues and partners in the definition of methodologies and tools for new proposals and project delivery.A minimum of 3-5 years of consultancy experience, with a track record of end-to-end deliver.Working proficiency (B2/C1) in Spanish is desirable but not essential.Engage proactively with the broader network and nurture our relationships within the ecosystem.We are committed to ensuring that our team works in a collaborative work environment that supports their personal and professional development.
