For our Merchant Solutions / Getnet division we are looking for a Finance Associate with a drive for cost management and optimization. This finance talent will live and breath the following responsibilities:

- Identify and execute cost optimizations and efficiencies
- Track and monitor costs to outflows
- Track and monitor costs to assets
- Control costs into cost centers and general ledger accounts
- Set-up and roll-out effective global cost allocation office
- Manage the execution of this global cost allocation
- Drive effective execution of costs for global projects
- Collaborate strongly with Tax to identify and address cross-border risks and opportunities
- From Finance, participate in the annual updates for transfer pricing and cost sharing requirements
- Effectively manage the intra-group reconciliation process
- Support the broader controllership function in related matters on financial reporting and accounting

Minimum 7 years in similar roles; preferably with a strong accounting background. Prior roles in cost management in a global setting.
- Experience with/in: SAP, MS Dynamics, payments or technology sector, data analytics tools. - Has the right data acumun and is comfortable handling volumes of data to generate insights - Comfortable with balancing priorities - Comfortable with managing multiple people at the same time in different jurisdictions and functions. - English and Spanish required (minimum B2). Portuguese is a nice to have.
