You support our team as INTERCOMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE & IEC MANAGER (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Intercompany Management - Manage orders placed by Klüber Group companies - Confirm delivery deadlines in close coordination with Planning, Laboratory, Shipping, Logistics, and Purchasing (raw materials) - Oversee transportation processes including cost/time consultations, delivery delays, and POD (Proof of Delivery) requests - Record pricing data in the system based on inputs from the Controlling department - Coordinate the shipment of intercompany samples - Handle intercompany invoicing processes - Prepare internal reports on a regular or ad hoc basis - IEC - Import / Export / Customs - Ensure full compliance with current import-export and customs legislation - Review and maintain documentation for import/export activities - Prepare necessary documents for customs declarations - Serve as the point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and authorities - Manage LTSDs requested by KLM on a case-by-case basis **Qualifications**: - Degree in Logistics, Customer Service, International Trade, or a related field is preferred but not required - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Import & Export operations - Proven experience in managing teams - Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and advanced English skills (min. B2) - Strong IT skills including SAP-SD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization abilities - Valid driver's license and own car The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
