At Factorial we're looking for a **Global Marketing Ops Manager** to help us boost the company to the next level.

**The Role**:

- Manage and build a strong and talented Marketing Ops Team
- Develop new marketing strategies, manage complex digital projects and define success metrics
- Analyze data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize performance
- Design and implement processes and ensure accountability by defining who is responsible for each step in a creative workflow or marketing strategy.
- Search and oversee marketing automation platforms, creative collaboration software, content management systems
- Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities
- Collaborate across functions to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive solutions through a data-driven process.

**Your Profile**:
**You're a good fit if...**:

- You have +3 years of experience working as Marketing Ops or a similar role.
- You are able to develop and execute growth strategies with stakeholders.
- You have deep knowledge and understanding of HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- You are proficient in Excel
- You have a strong knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ad and Google AdWords.
- You are a results-driven individual with a strong ability to conduct quantitative data analyses in order to determine ROI, forecasting, program effectiveness and lead volume trends.
- You are a strategic thinker, have exceptional attention to details and highly organized and love to be a part of the team
- You can speak and write in English fluently.

**You have a plus if...**:

- You have experience working in a fast-paced changing environment.
- You have deep knowledge and understanding of how to connect Hubspot with satellite systems like Zapier, etc.
