Customer Care Executive

**In this position you will....**
**You will be responsible for**
- Research requested information using available resources
- Supports our retail partners with all types of requests
- Manages customer base, including cancelations and mutations
- Performs analyses if required (e.g., Excel-based analyses)
- Follows-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Completes call logs and reports
- Takes part in the building up of the activity: drafting templates, putting in place new processes and continuously amelioration them
- Works closely with other departments to ensure high-quality standards

- Keeps relevant people accurately informed ab duo to date of both positive and potentially negative information

- Actively seeks to understand customer feedback and needs and uses this in decision-making and solutioning.
- Responds quickly and effectively to new customer ideas and requests.
- Uses feedback and data to provide examples to improve internal processes and services to clients
**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- At least 2 years experience in customer service, and call center.
- Customer service mindset.
- Have a clear voice and are easy to listen to.
- Hard-working, willing-to-learn attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team spirit: We work as one team across all functions and market segments
- Autonomous and well-organized
- Ability to handle multi-functions and to do multi-tasking
- Fluent in 3 languages: German, English, and Polish desirable
