**The Role**

This is a high-profile position within Veeva with cross-functional exposure to all Talent Attraction practices. The position commands an enthusiastic customer service-centric, go-getter that can self-manage, set priorities, and juggle shifting priorities quickly.

The Talent Operations Associate serves as the Talent Attraction steward, advocating and ensuring an outstanding talent partner and hiring manager experience. If you have strong communication skills, want to work in a fast‐paced fun environment, and are highly detail-oriented, we want to talk to you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage job posts in our applicant tracking system, careers website, and job boards
- Provide regular reporting updates for both ATS and HRIS related reporting dashboards
- Provide ad-hoc reports accurately in a timely manner
- Deliver ad-hoc administrative tasks related to our ATS or HRIS systems
- Ensure a great experience for all talent partners and hiring managers from start to finish
- Identify opportunities for improving process and tools

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work independently; self‐motivated, and productive
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Organized and detail‐oriented
- Technically proficient
- Passionate fast-learner

**Nice to Have**
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Marketing and or event planning experience
