**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
As a Purchasing Manager you will oversee the process of sourcing and purchasing essential materials to keep our factories running.
**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS PURCHASING MANAGER?**:
- Contracting, selecting, and managing suppliers across our locations in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands, with dedicated support from a purchasing admin specialist in each location.
- Procuring production utilities and assisting in investment selections for factory equipment.
- Collaborating with Engineering & Sales to identify suppliers based on project specifications and needs, while ensuring validation with Quality standards
- Aligning material consumption planning with sales forecasts and production schedules
- Strategizing optimal launch timings for purchase orders to maintain balance and prevent overstocking, while considering lead time and minimum order quantities.
- Implementing a dashboard with key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and take proactive action on open purchase orders.
- Streamlining processes through digital and agile solutions.
- Coordinating a team of three Local Purchasers/Planners.
**WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A PURCHASING MANAGER?**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing within industrial or production environments.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Slim4 inventory planning tool is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation skills and an analytical mindset for market analysis and identifying savings potential.
- Self-starter with a pragmatic attitude towards problem-solving.
**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
Joining our team means leading a group of three local purchasing specialists from Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. Reporting to both the Industrial Director and Purchasing Director, you’ll thrive in our international atmosphere where all ideas are welcome.
