**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Animal Health Poultry Business Unit Spain, the Key Account Manager - Poultry (Avicultura) will:
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop and execute a business plan by building effective long-term relationships and acquiring a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Contribute to maximizing sales performance within the Poultry business unit.
- Develop trust relationships with the POULTRY portfolio of customers to ensure business unit needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers and create new ones by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Identify customers’ needs and take advantage of growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute a Business Plan that specific builds deep, medium-long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
- Provide technical support by conducting site visits, audits and trainings
- Develop sales, customer service, operations and management activities to achieve sales performance
- Coordinate and maximize resources allocated to each account.
- Collaboration with other team members and other business units to expand and maximize opportunities among shared key accounts.
- Collaboration with the technical and marketing team assisting in the management actions and services: education, training, serological analysis, clinical cases and trials.
- Comply with our organization Animal Health standards and values.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- University Degree - DVM (Doctor Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science) preferable
- Key Account Management Skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Deep knowledge of poultry industry ( layer, broiler and hatchery)
- Strong customer management and customer engagement skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills to drive performance, and build a collaborative team culture
- PhD. Animal Health preferable
- High level of English language desirable
