**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Data quality & governance**:
- Monitor and govern data processes for Customer Experience data consistency.
- Drive data quality metrics, rules, and scorecards.
**2) Support CX teams in reporting & analytics**:
- Identify, design, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analytics to drive agile and informed business decisions
- Continuously work to enhance reporting and suggest improvements for Customer Experience efficiencies, including automation.
**3) Support the business in reporting & analytics**:
- Gather and analyze data & reporting requirements from the business to provide solutions to get insights into customers, the customer journey, and the service provided to increase business value.
- Identify, build, and validate compelling cases for change/business cases for new projects
**We Value**:
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or a related function and at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of Prescriptive Analytics, Data Visualization & Data Mining
- Experience with Power BI and visualization software (e.g., Power Query, Qlik, Tableau) and SAP as a user
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable. Other languages would be a plus
- Analytical, data-driven mindset and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural diverse team and cross-functional stakeholders
