We are looking for an **engineer** to take on the role of **Planning Manager** at our office in **Rome, Italy**. We seek a professional with extensive experience in **project planning management within the Oil & Gas sector**.

**Location**:
Rome, Italy

**Responsibilities**:
Define the project planning strategy, ensuring alignment with the client’s and company’s global objectives.
Supervise and coordinate the planning team, ensuring efficient schedule and resource management.
Develop and optimize the project master schedule in line with the execution strategy and client requirements.
Implement and manage the project planning system, including tools, procedures, performance indicators, and dashboards.
Lead risk identification and mitigation, ensuring deadlines are met and costs are optimized.
Coordinate with various project disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure work fronts are available.
Present and negotiate schedules and progress with the client, obtaining approval of the baseline schedule and milestone certification for invoicing.
Monitor project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures when necessary.
Provide feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve planning processes.

**Requirements**:
Engineering degree or equivalent.
10 to 15 years of experience in project planning within the Oil & Gas sector (onshore/offshore and/or subsea).
Experience in managing planning teams.
Advanced proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience in EPC/EPCm projects.
Fluent English (mandatory).

**What We Offer**:
Employment contract in Spain under Spanish labor regulations.
Expatriation package: base salary in Spain plus additional compensation for mobilization and accommodation in Rome.
