We ensure that financial and BI analysts meet their deadlines. We do this by taking good care of your BI and EPM systems. And making data-driven planning and reporting really work. A challenge? Absolutely. That's why we like it so much.

**What are you going to do?**

As a planner, you play a central role within the beating heart of Swap Support. You operate in a triangle between service level managers, sales managers, and the exchange support operations team. Together they agree on how to provide the best resource capacity and contract delivery for existing contracts, new customers, and exchange support projects.

Clear communication is key, a human touch is key. Your top priority is your daily planning with a medium and long-term view, taking into account a mix of incidents, changes and ongoing projects. You are responsible for informing, encouraging, and keeping operational teams updated in achieving Service Level agreements made in a timely manner with the Service Level Manager.

Working with Topdesk, Timetell, Office 365 is not a problem for you. If you haven't worked with this yet, we'll be happy to teach you.

**Who are you?**
- A Service Desk management / service level has no secrets for you; you have experience as a planner in the field of people and knowledge
- Priority setting is seamless, ensuring smooth insight and coordination between resource capacity delivery and customer demand. In the event of a conflict of interest, you make a proposal to the Operations Leader and Service Level Manager on how we handle it.
- Think constructively about our occupancy while managing customer expectations and current service contracts
- have organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview of complex situations
- You are resistant to stress and have a problem-solving mind
- You like to seek improvement and are proactive
- Affinity with Finance, BI and/or IT is an advantage
- You are a good listener and can communicate clearly.
- Speak English and possibly Spanish fluently
