Sr. Manager International Pricing & Market Access should provide be responsible for the Pricing function in Grifols Biopharma Business Unit, and for implementing and managing Market Access (MAx) projects of marketed products from different therapeutic areas and potential pipeline assets in coordination with the global marketing and HEOR teams to achieve company´s strategic objectives.

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- You will implement pricing policies and SOPs to ensure a price discipline and governance
- You will develop and maintain up-to date international pricing tool and related regulation changes in order to ensure optimal international price reference strategy
- You will develop and implement reimbursement strategies and plans to support sales & marketing and customers by identifying reimbursement issues, defining solutions and achieving reimbursement at the target price
- You will identify medical benefit and health economic arguments to include in Value dossiers to drive access
- You will identify the need to conduct economic evaluations as well as country specific requirements
- You will support the development of health economic models and develop activities with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure reimbursement
- You will complete data search analyses and market research to support Market Access / HEOR plans.
- You will engage consistently with internal and external customers (eg. Global and Local/Regional Marketing, Med. Affairs, R&D, KOLs, regulatory bodies/HTAs) to gain a full understanding of their experience/ knowledge.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 1 year in an international/national Market Access/HEOR position
- Health Sciences Degree and desirable MBA/Post-graduate in health economics
- Knowledge of global regulatory and HTA landscape
- Fluency in English
- Excellent English writing skills
- Preferable, experience of international pricing and experience of driving projects
- Experience on working with external sources of information to help taking decisions.
- Strategic thinking and planning and business analytics skills, realizing the financial consequences of decisions in maintaining desired profitability of assigned product/franchises.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, visionary capability to anticipate healthcare policies changes.
- Excellent presentation and people skills
