**What you will do**:

- Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams.
- Act as an escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
- Optimize M365 configurations, policies, and security settings to align with best practices.
- Leverage PowerShell and other scripting tools for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, proactively addressing vulnerabilities and incidents.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- 3+ years of experience deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong technical skills in Active Directory, PowerShell, and related technologies.
- A hands-on, user-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, our business language.
