After a training period you will cover a maternity leave with the possibility of joining the staff later and growing together with us.

As Supply Chain & Customer Service Trainee you will:

- Maintain constant contact with customers to be aware of their product supply needs by receiving monthly rolling forecasts and eventual purchase orders.
- Plan production in coordination with the manufacturing site, sending orders and monitoring compliance with deadlines.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance Manager for the release of production batches and with the customer for the dispatch of goods.
- Prepare the necessary documents for the dispatch of the goods and customs formalities.
- Request quotes from logistics’ operators for the transport of goods.
- In coordination with the Regulatory Manager, manage clients' artwork designs until final approval and implementation.
- Preparation and dispatch of samples.
- Keeping the documentation storage system up to date in accordance with the quality system.
- Assist the company staff with the delivery of parcels and documents via courier services.

Requirements for the position:

- Studying for a master's degree in supply chain & logistics or equivalent.
- Real high level of spoken and written English. Other languages will be an asset.
- Advanced MS Office user.
- Own vehicle.
